What's in the set

Presets: PSA, PSA thick, CGC, BGS, SGC, TAG, plus a universal preset that takes the largest of them.
10-slot box: 1.6 mm dividers, front finger notch, flat base. Closed boxes stack flat.
3 lid fits: snug 0.20, standard 0.35 and loose 0.50 mm per side.
2-slab display stand: 15 degree lean.
Slots allow 1 mm for a slab sleeve plus 1 mm clearance. Sizes and slot count are parameters in the included build123d source.
STEP, STL and 3MF for every part, dimensioned PDF drawings with the slab size table, automated print-check report and README.

Fit

The PSA holder size and the CGC / TAG footprints are official figures. The other thicknesses are third-party measurements. TAG thickness is not published, so the TAG preset uses an 8.5 mm slab allowance.

Print settings

PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15% infill, no supports. The box prints base-down and the lid top-down. Start with the standard lid.
