Build out a 10-inch mini rack with panels you print yourself. This kit covers the parts every small rack needs: blank and vented panels in 1U and 2U, an 8-port keystone panel, and shelves in 1U (150 mm deep) and 2U (180 mm deep).
Every panel follows the common 10-inch rack layout. Hole centres are 236.525 mm and panels are 253 mm wide. The slotted M6 / 10-32 holes give ±1.5 mm of float, so they line up on racks with slightly different rails. Rear parts stay inside the 222.25 mm opening. The keystone opening is 14.5 x 16.0 mm with a 2.0 mm latch wall.
You get STEP and IGES masters, so you can open the panels in any CAD program and cut your own openings. You also get print-ready STL files, an 8-sheet dimensioned PDF and the Python source.
